I asked Jess if he could install a water filter and water heater (replacement/upgrade), and he got back to me quickly. It didn't take long for him to get me on his schedule and I am happy with his work. He had to sweat a couple of fittings, compression fit some copper and run PEX (in red in photo) as well. I liked his solution for the water filter, as it seemed to me there wasn't enough room for it but he was able to work it in. Everything works well and I like the (continued) clean design - especially given the somewhat unorthodox places for the water fittings on the new water heater. It was a big job (5 hours) but worth it for the upgrades. Forget getting a hold of those guys that only want new construction, Jess told me he prefers the break/fix issues!

Can't say enough positive feedback for Jess at APH. Super responsive in text and phone to help us determine how to assess and troubleshoot frozen pipe. As it turned, out Jess had a last ditch solution to clear the ice jam and it worked. We were ellated and highly recommend Jess. Very professional, knowledgable, works fast, and responsive.
