Mechanical Brothers designed and built the mechanical system and the plumbing system for our new home in 2012. And to this day my wife and I comment on how great they are work with and how well the systems perform. Excellent follow up after the work is completed and service is great. Highly recommend them!
Coldest day in 20 years (so the news says), they opened at eight and I left a voicemail around 7 ish. I got a call back before eight from a REAL person, not pre recorded. They told me things I could check myself (simple things checking filters and stuff) if that doesn't work call back. Didn't work called back. Technician came out and diagnosed the problem. New blower motor. Had to get the part that was 30 min away. He took care of some service calls on the way to get my part. That was what made me like this company and they will always have my business for it. Yes, I wanted my heat on ASAP. So did everyone else. They took care of business while taking care of business. They are efficient, knowledgeable, very friendly, and very good at what they do. No one else will get my call besides Mechanical Brothers. Thank you!
