Very friendly, did a great job and reasonably priced. We would have spent $60 + on renting the equipment and not would have been able to fix the problem, but he did it in less than two hours for $130. He even called ahead so I could meet him at my house. We had a clog in our plumbing, but he went ahead and took the rotor-rooter all the way out to the street to make sure everything was clear. Explained what he was doing, gave tips to avoid problems in the future and cleaned up when he was done. Was also pet-friendly and when I had to leave for 30 minutes while he was working, he was not bothered with going upstairs and greeting my barking dogs to turn sinks on and off. Will use again and recommend to to friends!
