I own a business in Elk River and have used Nowthen Plumbing for some toilet issues that we were having. We have not had a problem since and were very happy with the service that Nowthen Plumbing provided. They have a great customer service staff, are a fair price, and have fast service. Also, the owner is one of the most friendly and trustworthy people I have ever met!

I highly recommend Jeff at Nowthen plumbing - he is honest and does a great job. We had him install a hot water heater at our Ramsey property 5 years ago and has been quick to respond when you have issues or questions. Use this company - they are really the best.

They replaced a water heater in my house during a renovation 4 years ago and they never pulled a permit with the city. Now I'm selling my house and have to pay a service fee for a plumber to come out and certify their work. I called to ask about it and had to call multiple times to get a response. I remember from the renovation they were arrogant and expensive. Talking to them today showed not much has changed with their attitudes or service. Avoid working with them. There are much better plumbers out there.
