Rimbey's Drain Cleaning was easy to make an appointment with. Great communication prior to the appointment.I had previously bought a Groupon "Special" for the same service and Rimbey's flat rate was the same as what I paid Groupon. He was courteous and had my laundry floor drain cleared in under 20 minutes.

THEY SAVED MY PARTY! A few weeks ago, I had an upcoming event coming up where EVERYONE was coming to my house. A week before that, my kitchen sink started to drain very slowly.. a few days later even slower.. later that day.. IT DIDNT DRAIN AT ALL! So I had a serious clog! My husband tried to snake it but it was just too far and too clogged! Instant panic mode on my end because I was like "Why did we wait so long to call this in and how are we going to get this fixed before the event?" I was recommended Rimbey's by my work because we have worked with him before. I reached out and was responded to almost immediately. He was very pleasant and eager to hear my problem and offer a solution. I was give a fair quote and when I told him my dilemma of how soon I needed this to be fixed, he came out the very next day I had available. They showed up on time, were very courteous and fixed the clog in literally 10 minutes (maybe less!) and because that even offered me a slight discount as well as a 30 day guarantee! I didn't even expect this kind of service, but now I understand why my work always goes to him with any plumbing issues we experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Rimbey's did a great job cleaning my drains. They were fast, communicated well on when they would arrive, and did a great job. It's embarrassing the amount of yuck they pulled out of my drains, but I'm so excited about how fast my shower is draining now, I'll tell everyone!
