Great company! Home inspector found a leak under our house. We called Ray’s Leak Detection first thing the next day and they were out to our house within an hour. The plumber assured us that he would take care of our problem that day and he did! Not only did he fix the leak, but he replaced the wet insulation and secured everything back in place. Our water was back on right away and the price seemed very fair. He and his apprentice were extremely nice, very professional and encouraging. Luckily the leak was caught early (thanks to their speedy response) and there was no damage to the sub flooring or structure. They have great communication and were very professional! They were very nice and up front with the cost. I highly recommend Ray’s Leak Detection and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Ray's Leak Detection company is one of those companies that you hope you don't have to call, but you are grateful that they are there when you do. My insurance company sent them out to review a plumbing issue in an upstairs unit was leaking into my unit. I was blown away by how professional, courteous and smart their inspector - Matt Smith. This guy is a real professional. He came in time and finished work in time! And everything was clean. He was thorough and explained everything in layman's terms. Very pleased. Good company. I would like to say that Ray’s Leak Detection’s plumbing services were just what my bathroom needed. I bought a brand-new house recently, so I called them to install the pipes and the bathroom furniture. Their punctuality is remarkable; however, the sink came out a bit cracked from the store, so we had to return it. This wasn’t for bad handling, though. At least not from them. I was picked up the sink at the store with the help of the store employees and we all handled the package very carefully. The box was sealed, though so there was no way to know it was broken until we opened it. At least, the problem could be properly solved pretty soon. They resumed the work when the new sink arrived. Given the inconvenience, there was a small delay but now everything looks and works wonderfully. Definitely worth the mini heart attack.

Scheduling the appointment with Fred from Ray's Leak Detection company was a breeze and he was very friendly and helpful when chatting about our issue and their service. They came out to the house the next day and discovered our leak right away. It turned out to be quite simple, but I was happy to have some experts come out and give us a definitive answer instead of us trying to guess. They even charged us less since it was fairly simple and they didn't have to bust out the big guns (aka the fancy leak detection tools). Highly recommend!
