Schwickert’s Tecta America

My AC was not cooling the morning we were leaving for vacation. I contacted Neil at Schwickert's service before office hours. Neil was able to get one of his techs to my house prior to our departure. Zane was excellent and even gave me his cell number if I had any questions. He explained the problem and we would need a new AC unit, but was able to get things to cool down some. He then notified Neil who passed on all of our details to Joe, who quickly responded with a phone call to get some more information from me and provide me with a quote. We accepted the quote shortly after our vacation and they were able to install a new AC and furnace (2-3 weeks sooner than competitors). The installs Chris and Adam were fantastic! Clean, courteous and very professional. We couldn't be happier! This is a great team effort!

Had my sump pump changed out and a back up system put in. Both gentlemen that handled my situation showed professionalism and class. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks fellas!
