Liberty Heating & Cooling

We built a house and did our own general contracting. We chose Wasco based on a referral and reasonable price. I am glad the project is done and I dont have to talk with Merle anymore regarding the project. He is an arrogant a**h*** with no customer service skills. He refused to give us a receipt for the furnace (we had already paid for so we could submit it for a rebate) until the whole project was paid in full (There is a 90 day deadline to submit). After voicing my displeasure, he proceeded to write on the invoice (one month after completion) that the bill was outstanding and if it isn't paid he will submit a lien against the house. I also had an issue with the furnace shortly after installation. When I called, he told me he would send out a tech but he wasn't their best. After finding nothing, they proceeded to attempt to bill me for the issue. Avoid if possible.

Liberty Heating & Cooling saved the day twice for me! Back in October, our furnace died. No one else had a technician available (gas company couldn't make it out until mid-November) and they came out the very next day. Turns out the motherboard decided it was done, and they had to order a replacement kit because the manufacturer had discontinued parts for the model. Within three days we were back to having heat in the house! Liberty was our first choice for when our a/c cut out (my limited troubleshooting thought the blower or board control was at fault). Technician came out the day after I called (early might I add) and found the root of the problem. Thermostat had blown the fuse to the point of needing to replace both. I am now enjoying a significantly cooler home and will continue to go to Liberty when problems arise!

Quick to respond and fast to schedule - my husband and I have hired Liberty Heating and Cooling year after year for our yearly furnace and AC check up. When we finally decided to replace our furnace, Liberty was top of mind. Steve was a extremely professional and joy to have in our home. We were very impressed with his install and how clean the work area was left. We will continue to call Liberty and team. Thanks again! - C.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for an estimate. No one called to cancel the appointment or to tell me they were going to be late. Instead, no one even showed up at all! I called multiple times to see what was going on but no one answered the phone. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I am extremely unsatisfied with Liberty Heating & Cooling.
