Watson's Plumbing Heating AC

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Watson's was absolutely the worst and I would NEVER deal with them again. I was looking to get some duct work done so I had them come out and give me an estimate so they did but told me they would get to me with the estimate after looking at the cost for the supplies. I never received a call so I called them and he said "oh yeah, I talked to my supplier and I am just waiting back to hear." Still didn't hear anything so j called back 2 more times and left messages and never heard back. Terrible customer service. Needless to say we went with someone else. Don't tell me you are going to do something then not do it!

amazing. these guys were here w/in an hour, fixed in 20 min. friendly and informative. they made sure i understood what was going on and what to do if it happens again. and polite too. i would highly recommend aaron and lonny. thanks guys!!
