Day Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Spent a couple days troubleshooting an air conditioner that would not start. Older model and I was having a hard time following the wiring and couldn't figure out the flow correctly. I decided to call and see if I was lucky enough to find someone that would give me the time of day over the phone rather than jumping to wanting a service call. At this point all I was looking for was an idea on what typically goes wrong when it acts up like this. I called and spoke with Bill who jumped right into attempting to walk me through the components and how they work in this old outdated model. He gave me his number and told me to send him pictures later that night so he could explain better on what to try. Now my hat goes off to this guy for two reasons. One is because he cares about his field of work. Two was because not once from him did I hear anything about just charging to come out and look at it just to make money. Its not all about money. Its about putting in the effort to gain business. I will be gutting and replacing my furnace and air conditioner by fall. They will be the ones that get the bid.
