My parents septic froze up, Mary answered right away and said she would contact the crew- there we working on it in a few hours! Very respectful, professionals - who know what they are doing!! Ron is the best anywhere- I am Very pleased. In a nutshell they are HONEST, RELIABLE, CALL R&M FIRST!!!

Should be an option for 10 stars, Simply amazing! The world would be a better place with more people like Ron and his wonderful wife! Had my alarm for my septic go off this evening, so I gave Ron a call. He mentioned that he was at dinner with his wife, but assured me that he'd be there to help me trouble shoot for as long as I needed. I apologized numerous times and he walked me through step by step and kept telling me to call back when I had questions. Ron ended up helping me out without having to make a house call at all. There aren't many businesses out there these days that will offer their expertise without immediate compensation. I'm satisfied beyond belief and Ron and his wife can count on my business when it's time. Kudos to the both of you and I hope karma returns the favor to you!

They can’t even bother to call you back don’t waste your time. 9 days later he decides to call me back and says I must have lost the note to call me. Went with D&T septic couldn’t be happier with the next day service he provided. With a full lift tank and an alarm going off who has 9 days to wait?
