Great service at a fair price Everytime I've needed something in a rush they've been able to accommodate me. Service guys are always on time and do great work.

My well pump was literally coming on every 10 seconds. When I called the plumber who had installed my pressure tank a few years ago, he said it was a bad check valve in the well itself and I should call a well driller to pull the submersible pump. I decided to call Kramer and I'm glad I did. Owner/manager Rick agreed it was probably a bad heck valve in the well but they could install a check valve in the water line inside the house which would serve the same purpose. Unfortunately he couldn't send anyone for 2 days. A few hours later Rick called to say he juggled jobs and he could have someone come the next day. When plumber Jerry came the next day, he determined beside the check valve problem, the bladder in the pressure tank had gone bad, too. Instead of holding any air pressure, the tank was "water logged", i.e. about 3/4 full of water! Jerry installed a new tank and added the check valve in the water line and our system is working flawlessly again! The work was done perfectly and promptly and at a fair price. What else could I ask?! By the way, there wasn't a cause-and-effect relationship between the two problems. It was a coincidence they happened simultaneously. The check valve in the well could have been failing gradually for some time but until the tank went bad, it might have taken longer for the water to leak back into the well. But once the tank became water logged, there was no place to for the water to be stored and so it was leaking back into the well immediately after the pump ran. The guys at Kramer do a really good job and have great attention to detail. I had them do some work on a few projects in my home awhile back and it was all done better than I expected. Great communication from the plumber that was on site and very responsive from the office when I had questions. I highly recommend doing business with them.
