Greeley Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Really easy to work with. Had a small issue with central air at home. Sent one message and within a minute I had someone calling to set up an appointment. Extremely knowledgable as to what was wrong and it was take care of the same day at a very fair price!!

Evidently, Greeley doesn't feel it necessary to return phone calls to customers wanting quotes for work needed. I've tried since last Wednesday to get Justin to call me back, but to date . Nothing! I've called 3 times to set up something but no return call. Not professional at all. Even a common courtesy call to let me know he'd set something up would have been nice. The girl that answered said she'd make sure Justin got the message, but still no call back. After seeing other reviews, and talking to some local people, it appears, Greeley is Not who you want to do business with. As the radio add says "Greeley?" Don't waste your time with this outfit. They are Greeley bad!

The Greeley crew helped us out again. They’ve done many projects with us in the past and their tech’s have always been knowledgeable. I know their routine scheduled maintenance programs keep us out of trouble most of the time but this time our equipment didn’t follow the plan. Justin has one of his techs out within a few hours and we were back to operational. Thank you!

We were in need of a garage heater. Being new to the area we didn't know who to call. Doing some research we were impressed with most of Greeely's posted reviews. They also have numerous advertisements, papers, billboards, radio. So my husband finally stopped in at their Alex location and was advised to call Justin which he did leaving a message and asked him to call my husband at a different number than he had called from since that phone is usually turned off. Finally, after a few days of waiting for a call, we checked the voicemail on the unused phone and a message from Justin had been left. After that we called Justin again and left messages but never received a return call. Once again we stopped in at the Alex location voicing our concerns. We finally received a call from one of the other employees who promised to pay us a visit shortly after the holidays----didn't happen. In the mean time we went to a competitor who showed up as promised, promptly installed a new heater, calls were returned, service was tops, we were very pleased. They also fixed a gas leak left by another well known contractor before we purchased the home.The poor service we received from Greeley seems to be indicative of a lot of different contractors in the Alex area so this complaint is not just about Greeley. Although, we haven't had any experiences with other contractors, this is what we have been told in relating our Greeley experience to others who live in the Alex area. Apparently business is so good that they can pick and choose whatever they want, customers be damned---very rude, disappointing and frustrating.

Really great service. Honest, reliable, and affordable. I've used Greeley Plumbing for a few different things over the past year, making updates and repairs to plumbing and heating issues with my cabin. Each time the standard of service--from the initial phone call to paying the bill--has been outstanding. The technicians have always been very prompt, and helpful. Typically going above and beyond what they're originally there to do. A++ Quality service.
