We had a water leak spring from an old shut off valve and I called around to see if someone could come out that evening to repair. I received a call at 9 pm from Dave indicating he could come out that evening! I said it was ok to come out the next morning. He fixed three corroded pipes and even replaced a flange for our toilet and installed the toilet for us! I didn't ask him to do that! Amazing service, I highly recommend Northern Air Plumbing and Heating!

Joe and Brian at Northern Aire are awesome to work with. Our water heater died and Joe was out within 24 hours to replace it. Then Brian was out to remove the rotten egg smell and also noticed our outdoor water line had burst and was spraying water in our crawl space which he promptly fixed. We will always use Northern Aire.

The intial service guy was great, but communication was terrible. I had to call many many times just get them to come back, finally i gave up they never finished the job. Over a year later i received a bill with services they never performed. Now i have called 4 times to get this fixed and i never receive a call back. Tgis os cery bad business practices.
