Michael E. worked late into one of the hottest nights of the season, in order to make our lives comfortable again. He went out of his way as a consummate professional, with his knowledge, skill, expertise and 5 star customer service, and it was greatly appreciated. He's probably the best technician I have ever hired. Crystal Blue's entire staff is also praiseworthy, as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional as well, and we couldn't be happier with their service. I would happily recommend Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating & Air, to everyone I know.

These folks were on time and friendly and provided me with a competitive quote. I choose a different company that provided a quote that met my needs a little better. I was surprised to get 2 requests to review them when they had only provided a quote and I didn't select them.

Brandon went above and beyond to ensure that the plumbing on our new home was in prior condition. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also a really good communicator and on time. Highly recommended.

Scott Petty was the technician that came to our home. He was courteous and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He showed me an itemized list of the parts needed including corresponding prices. The price he quoted for the repair seemed very reasonable.
