Very happy customer! My house-facing water main shut-off was seized up, so I'd turned off the city-facing valve.... to find out that valve was broken and would not turn the water back on! I was left without water until someone would help! I'd called around to many different plumbers, and being the first business day after a holiday weekend, EVERYONE was booked up for an entire week. Master Plumbing took care of everything very quickly for me, made me feel they absolutely understood my urgency, and now both valves are replaced and the water is back on same day... my expectation was 100% that I'd be without water for a couple of days. Superb, fast, courteous, professional. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

We had Master Plumbing Services, LLC came and replaced a water heater in January. After some miscommunication with our home warranty service provider, we were able to get service the next day. Everything completely installed and finished in one day.
