Dave provided great service yet again for several issues. He took the time to troubleshoot by contacting manufacturer to get replacement parts free for toilets which he installed years ago. He knew about lifetime warranty which was unexpected but much appreciated. He did some other jobs as well plus gave good advice on miscellaneous questions that I had. Always professional, always fair, always friendly - we only call Twin City Pipeworks for jobs big and small!

June 2018. Called for a leaking sink drain repair. It's great to be able to schedule online. Got email confirmation, reminder via email and now the review. I like these steps! Dave(??) showed promptly at the scheduled hour, was very pleasant, courteous, fast and cleaned up after himself. I didn't compare costs from others (this job was too small) but I would gladly contact him for future jobs! June 2019. Called Dave again. Bigger, more costly job this time: replace water heater! Dave promptly responded and scheduled me for next morning service. He always has a smile and is a pleasure to have around. He took care of replacing the malfunctioning unit, removed old unit, and left premises looking great! He pleasantly answered all my dumb questions, too. He even resolved a problem with a leaking outdoor faucet while waiting for the water heater to drain. Dave is the man to call, you will be pleased with his work.

Dave fixed a problem caused by the substandard installation of a faucet by a different company. I will always call Twin City Pipeworks from now on! Dave also did a great job of explaining the what and why of the problem, and he had to do some creative plumbing to properly install the outdoor faucet. He also gave clear directions on some follow up for putting my ceiling back together now that the plumbing issue is resolved.
