Mr Rooter Plumbing

The receptionist was extremely nice BUT their tech they sent out to our house was extremely rude!!!! When I asked why such a high price he got very defensive. He start spouting out about warranties and replacing the pipe. As i was trying to ask questions he would cut me off and not let me speak! I know what the problem was and told him i just didnt get how a $15 piece added up to $200 repair. He told me that if I knew then why didnt I do it myself! Well guess what my one year old and I are on our way to menards to get the piece and replace it ourselves! Extremely disappointed in this business and I will not be referring them to anyone!!!
