Vern came out and quoted a job for us and was very pleasant. However, the owner became involved and was extremely macho, condescending and just plain rude. When people complain about the trades, the owner of this company is part of the reason. He tells you "HOW IT IS" and if you disagree he lets you know you are wrong. I ended up bumping into him a few months later and he was again rude, smiled and used his middle finger to show me how small his !@#$ and brain were. Honestly would never recommend using this guy. And, if you do, you will look back on this review and know that I was telling the truth.
