I’m amazed how Adam stays in business. I visited his old office in August of 2018. I purchased tile, backsplash, and cabinets. Cabinets were close to $7,000. There was a delivery time to put together my cabinets. They arrived at my warehouse and after finishing left with glue marks and dust all over the cabinets. The cardboard was left scattered all over. I then visited his office and he offered no help in cleaning them up. I then had a date set for two more cabinets in May of 2019. When I returned cabinet makers were gone, but they left the the place a mess, glue marks, dust, and the back panel on one cabinet was damaged when putting it together. I then went back to his office on June 3rd, 2019 and Adam was going to order replacement parts. I then informed him I will not use his services for my counter tops. I have called several times about the parts. NO return calls as of August 2019. Adam advertises on the Inside Outside Guys on there show Saturday and Sunday. I have used some of their contractors with great results. I cringe when I here his voice on the radio.

We had our bathroom completed by Ace and didn't have any problems along the way. Our tile pattern was very difficult and the project manager Will worked close with our crew leader Chuck to make sure everything went well. We will use them again.

Hired ace to redo my bathroom. Adam and Will were great to work with. We hit some bumps along the way, but Will (project manager) did a very good job solving all my problems. He was good with communicating things through out the whole process, just a text away every time I had a question or concern. Will was also the one who did my tile and his work was very good. Overall. I’m very happy with the final Product.

Needed my bathroom done ASAP as a new remodel before family member showed up at my house for a gathering called ACE and talked to Adam was a great guy worked with us 100% and his crew leader will was excellent with customer service and providing us with experience installers to get the job done I would recommend them to anybody thank you Ace for helping us out we really appreciate it and I will be calling for future job projects

Do not sign anything with these people. They didn't start when they said they would. They lied outright and contracted all of the work out to people who had no clue what they are doing. Different guys that showed up whenever they felt like it. Usually one at a time. Their own contractor pointed out a bunch of obvious defects in the little work that was done that wouldn't have happened if they knew what they were doing not said they were not allowed to say that to the company or to put it in writing as it was in their contract that if they talked bad about Ace they could be "fined" thousands of dollars. We had to hire others to fix their work Now we have to get a lawyer because they are trying to put a lean on our home. They want to be paid for work they never did. This place is a joke, AVOID THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
