Allemon Septic Service

If I could give a zero I would. Had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. Asked around what time and we were told when they get there. Well it's now 6:12 p.m. and they never showed and never called to say they were delayed. My husband took the day off of work and dug out what he was supposed to and yet they were a no show. Poor customer service

We woke up to an emergency with sewage in our shower.....I called 7 other places and was told that the earliest was tomorrow...But when I called Allemon they took the extra step to see if they could fit us in for today...I got a call 10 minutes later telling me that a truck was on the way...the two crewmen that arrived were professional, helpful and courteous....I would highly recommend this company!! Thank you Allemon, you saved the day!

The senior employee on site continuously complained about his business partner saying " if he thinks the business is worth that much then buy me out"... then after I helped, he increased the price over the original quote from 285 to 325 saying it was for additional labor?.. i helped dig.. he told me " she said she told you".. no.. after everything, and the inflated charges, they left me with a mess in my landscape.. call around, you can do better than these guys.. I have to go out now and rake the dirt and rocks out of my grass.. and.. clean the deck due to their leaky hose.. Scammer’s
