Do not carry craftsman

I would not recommend Home Depot for carpet or flooring! The quality of installation and the carpet is poor. We had to have the carpet stretched twice within the warranty period and they wanted to charge us over $200 each time to stretch it. They also wouldn't do anything about replacing it within the warranty period, it has been stretched 3 times in 8 years and they trimmed it an inch around perimeter each time. The also laid the laminate flooring the wrong way down the hallway. Have also had issues with other products in the store over the past few years. Sorry Home Depot for coming down on you so hard! but you just don't care about your customers.
