I had Boardwells come in and put in a new air conditioner and furnace this year and was super happy with the job they did. Very professional and timely. I also am saving about 100 bucks a month on my electric bill too!!!

I had DTE unhook gas to my furnace due to a problem with me heat exchanger. Called boardwell they had a technician their with in two hours. Than replaced furnace two days later. Fast friend and professional service. I have never had such great fast service from a heating company. I will be recommending them to all friends and family.

Service guy was very knowlegeable but replacement crew started working and then left saying they would be back 4 hours ago. Whats up with that, tried to call, no answer. Of course. Got through before closing. They finished the job. All seems to be well. I wish they would have called to keep us posted but overall a good group of hard working guys.

Great service!! Boardwell Mechanical came out because I had a problem with my Geo system. They were able to take care the problem and lower my electric bill. They were very professional both in the office and At my house. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you Doug and staff!!!

Doug came out and have me a quote, very nice young man. Was the only person to actually explain what was wrong with my furnace. Ended up replacing the furnace and adding an on demand water heater, we love it! Thanks Boardwell
