We contacted several companies about installing a water softener for our new construction home in early May. Terry responded very quickly and suggested a unit that would grow with our family. As promised, Terry contacted us later in the year to see how our house build was coming along and to see if we were ready for installation. He never pressured us into doing business with him and was very helpful. On the day of delivery he was careful not to cause damage to the house and thoroughly explained how to use the device (we had never owned one before). I feel confident that if we have concerns he will promptly respond via phone or email.
