Chris and Brent were very professional and informative from beginning to end. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with delight. They have always done a great job for me. They are very honest. On time for estimates and jobs. They were also quick to reply to calls or texts. I would trust and highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs big or small.

Highly recommend, from the time they picked up the phone to when the technician was packing up his equipment the experience was top notch. Jeremy and his guys went above and beyond. We bought a 35 year old house that needed some work. They replaced a leaking hose spigot pipe, put in two new hot water heaters, replaced whole house shutoff valves, put in a new wash tub and new washer hookups and drain. They were very professional, responsive, and their pricing was fair. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company!

I could not be happier with the work performed by EDAP. I had a leak into my basement from my septic line and the crew was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in resolving my issue. Excellent Communication, customer service, honest, and excellent work! I called a different company previous to this one and had an extremely terrible experience with trying to solve my problem. 36 hours after calling the previous company, still no one had shown up to fix my issue. Out of desperation, I searched for a new company online and came across Emergency Drain and Plumbing. This turned out to be the best decision I could have made in this situation. I called their company at 11:00am today and spoke to Tiffany who was extremely polite and helpful. After explaining my issue to her, she had the owner Brent call me within 5 minutes and her gave me an honest opinion. About two hours later, they sent two extremely knowledgable and honest technicians out to my house. The two guys's names were Garrett and Aaron . They communicated every possible scenario along their process including risks and costs involved. They even happily let me be that annoying guy that watches them do their job and ask a bunch of questions. TALKING ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The job was completed to perfection after they cleared a calcium clog in my stormwater discharge drain 80ft from my house! No more water backing up next to my foundation!
