Ed and his crew are courteous, kind and amazing! We called on Sunday morning and they were out within a few hours fixed our sewer line enough so we were able to get through until they came back out to replace the mainline and that was completed in a few hours. Their pricing is very reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. THANK YOU!

I can highly recommend the services of Schaefer Plumbing & Drain INC. I called on Wednesday afternoon about a toilet back up. Ed was out just as he said on Thursday, and even texted me he was going to be late, and then texted me again he was on his way. (What contractor ever does that?!) Of course, it turned more than a clog... the drain had rotted out under basement floor. Ed quoted me a reasonable price, and actually deducted the cost of the initial job from the larger job. Ed and Ezekiel were at my house on the dot Friday morning, and had job completed and cleaned up by noon. The work was timely, done professionally, and reasonably priced. Ed and Ezekiel were very courteous and professional. I have had great service for years with my heating and cooling person (Lucky's), and now I think I have finally found a permanent plumber with Schaefer Plumbing & Drain INC.

I called Schaefer Plumbing today at 1:50pm and Ed was here at about 2:20pm. I had a problem with my basement floor drain. Ed ran a snake down the drain and cleared out the clog. Problem solved! All done in an hour. Great customer service and great price too! I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
