I've used this company a couple of times in the past 4 years and found them to be very efficient with reasonable pricing. However, this past month when I had a sink stoppage, they recommended "Justin" to help me with that problem and I was more than disappointed. He was here for two hours and didn't clear my sink. He was not a plumber. He charged me $200. I paid it because I had a text from him that he charged a minimum of $200, which I agreed to. So, legally, I felt I had to pay. Silly me, I thought he would fix the problem. I felt he should have charged half of the price originally quoted. JR Plumbing should never have recommended him. Initially, I would have liked to give a poor review to Justin, but I didn't get his last name because I thought he was affiliated with JR Plumbing. It turned out to be a broken seal on a pipe cap that wouldn't allow air flow through the pipes, not a stoppage. Justin wasn't able to determine the problem because he was not knowledgeable enough. Rotor Rooter fixed it the next day in one hour.

Reasonable, professional, helpful and great work. Will use them again!

Real Pros! We had a totally frozen cabin last winter and JR Plumbing came and found all the damaged pipes and repaired them, and replaced the broken fixtures immediately, preventing further damage from happening if we had turned on the water after it thawed! Thank you so much for being reliable and professional!

Great job. We called them on Monday and they came and in stalled 2 new toilets and 3new faucets on Wednesday. Would recommend.
