Floodman is an amazing company! Lori in their office is truly the face of the company she is compassionate, knowledgeable, and does the right thing no matter what. My experience started out with another company(Servpro) in town that cut corners, left mold, and didn’t clean up ( I found their dirty clothes in my laundry bin in my bedroom) BUT!! Floodman came to our rescue! I explained in full detail what happened to Lori and she insisted that someone come out and make sure it was a proper job for my families health. Keep in mind that this was done at no charge!! After further inspection their team agreed that it wasn’t done correctly and that it needed to be fix. They fixed it in a timely fashion, they were KIND,HONEST, and did the right thing for my family without the insurance company in mind at all!!
