Jim is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would call Jim for my future plumbing needs. They have installed my new water heater few years back as well.

Suburban installed a “new” kitchen faucet in a home we recently closed on. However, the faucet doesn’t appear to be any where near new. And it was leaking. Contacted them with receipt. They asked for pics and then ignored me after seeing them. Shady? Yes. $160 for the type of faucet they installed is ridiculous. That wasn’t even labor, just the faucet. They definitely don’t stand by their work as stated.

We initially were pleased with the work Jim and his crew did for us. However, when it came time for him to install our bathroom, he was a no show, even after I had called a few days before to confirm the date and time. Our attempts to contact him by phone and email failed, as he never replied. We found this extremely unprofessional and a waste of our valuable time. We will not be calling or recommending Suburban Plumbing in the future.
