Guy literally told me to "fix it myself"

I have used him for at least 4 jobs, only one was to my satisfaction as I found out later. The rest I have continued to have problems with, I didn't want to say anything because he is very nice. I do find that he is doesn't take rejection well if he doesn't get the job. He doesn't like to give estimates unless you agree to the job. That means he does it and then gives you the price and assures you its the lowest. He;s very likeable so you tend to trust him, and when he does get the job; he's very timely,. but if he does not want to do it, he does not keep his word and just blows you off. I wont use him again because he broke my trust.

He was very rude on the phone when we called to inquire about service. I told him that we are going elsewhere.
