Very reliable service! I am a new homeowner and my floor drain was backing up when running the washer or flushing the toilet. I called G & C based off of a recommendation from a neighbor. Josh came out the same day I called and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Issue is now resolved at a very fair price. I will definitely be calling them with all my plumbing needs from now on!

I called Monday for a plumbing repair and was told they would be out Wednesday from 10am-1pm. I left work at 9:30am to meet them and no one ever showed up or called. Not only did I miss over a half day of work but I now have to wait for someone else to come out and fix my issue while water continues to leak. I called and left a message and they never called me back to follow up.

Update from two years later. Problem solved! The owner and his little dog saved me Ten Grand! I had five different plumbers wanting to tear up my property in five different places and then "go from there!" I can't even remember the guys name at this company because it's been so long since my problem was fixed for a hundred and fifty bucks, you forget the people , but after following his easy rational advice/maintenance cure regarding a tree(removed) root infestation my system is 100% to date. They gave me a four hour window and actually came out within the first 30 mins of my appointment. He did the job very fast and it was inexpensive.
