Bay Star Plumbing

The hot water stopped working in our shower and Bay Star fixed it with the quickness.

I called Tony to install gas lines to a new fireplace insert and range in my home and was very impressed with a number of things: - He was available sooner than most other companies I called (some had waiting lists that were months out and he was able to schedule within a month of my call); - He kept to within his initial proposed budget; - He looked for ways to keep the cost down and provided detailed receipts; - When the building department and inspector requested additional items not planned for, he arranged his schedule to return the next day to avoid any delay (and passed the inspection); - His rates were much lower than the average plumber (maybe because it's a small company and he doesn't have much overhead); - He sent the invoice paperwork promptly for my records; - Most importantly, he did a great job and is a super-nice guy - very pleasant and easy to work with! I will definitely call Tony again for future plumbing work - I couldn't ask for a better plumber and highly recommend him!

I needed garbage disposal replaced, and Tony was great. Job was done quickly and price was right. I would use Bay Star again.

Tony was prompt, efficient, and well priced. I'll call him anytime for another project.
