The most outstanding company. The customer service and quality of work we have received from Burton’s Plumbing and Heating cannot be beat. These workers are timely, efficient, kind, courteous, patient, and detail-oriented. We’ve met so far, Tom, Curtis, Jason, Reese, James, Tyler, and Jesse. Every person on this team has been extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with every aspect, from greeting and giving love to our tiny dog to working with our schedules and budget, they do it all. I don’t have enough nice things to say about this company and it’s staff. We recently purchased and new home and wanted a second bathroom added. After about 15 estimates and one potential plumbing issue after another we came across Burton’s. Tom’s certainty and confidence was all I needed, I instantly felt reassured that the bathroom could be done and done CORRECTLY. Jason did the tiling on my floor and bathroom walls, but before he started, he made sure he knew exactly how I pictured the end result, then seamlessly created what is now my perfect bathroom (yes, perfect.) More recently, we discovered that one of our pipes was extremely corroded, and we had the pleasure of meeting James who loves a good challenge and was able to assess and execute exactly what needed to be done. If anything should come up in the future, this is the company I will be using and going to for support and reassurance time and time again.

Justin was awesome. Had him come out to do a sewer drain inspection on a house. Was on time exactly as the "On the way" email said. Greeted me with a firm handshake and a bright smile. Was quick to get to work and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing. Pointed out the problem areas, although minor. Gave me solid advice and his professional opinion which was very reassuring. Highly recommend Burton's for anyone looking for Plumbing services. Ask for Justin to do your work, will make the experience top-notch.

Burton's plumbing was very quick to get me an appointment which I appreciated. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. He handled my issue with ease and gave me a quick quote for two options on a different issue I was having. I will definitely call them again

Justin from Burton's came out to review some work needed for a home we're flipping. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Reviewed what needed to be done and explained how we were going to go about doing it. Job has not been completed yet but thus far I have had a great experience. Will update when job is finished.

I had a water heater replaced. Technician was courteous and informative. Answered all my questions and provided information on future jobs as well. Job was completed quickly with no problems. Would highly recommend this service.
