Just Professional Plumbing Services

This place is a joke. My family and I live in a mobile home and when it got super cold our pipes froze and broke so I called and they came out on February 1st and looked and gave me a price witch I agreed to and so he left to go get supplies and look at another job (he said he would be back in 45mins) he was gone over 2 hours. When he got back he started to cut out the broken pipes and found that it was worse then he thought so he said he would need more supplies and said he would call the next day February 2nd and give us the quote for the repairs I said ok. He never called back. I have called him and his office and all they keep saying is we will call you back. Still haven't gotten a call. We have been without water since January 29th. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am very unhappy. I only called them to begin with because they have done great work for me before.
