Called them and had a service technician at my doorstep in under 30 minutes. The technican was very friendly and got the job done in less than 15 minutes. He cleaned up everything and explained what the issue with the drain clog was. He even gave me an enzyme based formula to prevent this from happening again. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service and the technician who came. Any plumbing job will now be done with rotor rooter.
Great service and expertise. Tate H. was fast arriving and knew his stuff immediately. Problem solved with kitchen sink clog and under-the-sink plumbing put back together in a short amount of time.
Garbage disposal went bad. Called home owners insurance plan and they contacted Roto Rooter. Steve and Tiff came out quickly, replaced and checked for leaks. From my first contact with the insurance company to the completion of repair took 5 hours. I was very impressed. Very professional!
