I had them replace a kitchen faucet. I assumed they were capable, so I didn't inspect their work. The faucet didn't leak. However, a few weeks later I noticed that the faucet would spin (it wasn't tightly secured). When I reported it, they said that they didn't guarantee their work. Now I have a loose faucet.

This company is awesome. A few months ago my hot water heater died - out by the next morning to change it out for a new one. Tonight I came home to 4” of standing water in my basement - out within an hour; new sump pump and a dry basement.

Very convenient champs self car wash right next door that they run as well.
