Thomas L came out to give us an estimate for a new air conditioner and furnace. He was more then anything we could've expected. Courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. He even put covers on his shoes before he came into our home. He explains stuff so we can understand and make the best decision. The new AC and furnace works perfectly. He also helped us get set up with a plumber and electrician from Vanderhyde because they do everything for your home. Those guys were also awesome. Very courteous and polite with good prices. We will refer them to everyone here on out and only use them for everything.
We had a new furnace and AC installed by Vanderhyde. Thomas L. was the representative that was out and let me just say he was awesome. They did a great job installing everything and he even set us up with one of the plumbers and we got a new water heater. I will recommend your company to everyone for all their needs. Thomas even did a follow up to make sure all was good . Thank you
We called this company along with about 10 others to get our air conditioner looked at and my husband was very clear with his questions, he ask “How much would it cost to have someone come out and tell him what’s wrong with our system”. The woman who answered the phone told us they will come here for $79, the service guy will look at our system and when he is done let us know how much it would be for him to fix whatever is wrong with our system. Our time window was from 1-3pm, he came late! My husband had to call the company to ask where this man was because he never called. He gets here and spends about an hour checking all the levels and when he is done tells my husband he owes $308 right now!. What? $308? We were told $79! She told us very clear that he would let us know if he was going to charge us on top Of that $79! He didn’t even fix anything, he just looked at the system. Their “hidden fees” are crazy! If there was going to be more charged then he should have made that clear before touching anything!. My husband called the company and Rachelle was rude to my husband and told him there are no hidden fee’s and said they were clear about charges. If that were the case we wouldn’t have went with this company, I don’t want to pay an outrages price without anything being fixed!. We left a message for Rachel and she is supposed to call us today to figure out what went wrong. I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever. And they better believe I’ll let everyone I know, and then some I don’t to never ever use them!. Crooks!
Vander Hyde, employs the most qualified, knowledgeable, kindest people that we have ever encountered, in a professional situation. We had a "major" concern, with our home electrical. We were very worried. I spoke with Rachel H. in the beginning. I was a bit rattled. She put me at ease immediately, with her kindness and concern. Jason, one of Vander Hydes electricians, came to our home that day! He was absolutely wonderful, fantastic! We have work, yet to be done. They always explain what they did and tell me about any parts they may have installed. when they leave I always feel confident that the work was properly completed and that they had cleaned up when they were finished.
