Great experience with Cregger Mechanical! I've called them a number of times for different things and always get prompt, friendly, expert service at a reasonable price. James L. Did an excellent job. Very professional! Turns out one can only write a single review SO I AM ADDING TO THE PREVIOUS! I had James L. /Cregger Plumbing to my new condo to fix the sink drain. It had completely detached and so I was without a kitchen sink. They scheduled me the next day first thing without an extra charge. As before, James was professional, friendly and even asked if I had any other issues with plumbing (which I did have a question regarding water in the laundry room!). Cregger is my go to company for any plumbing problems! Good price and totally happy with outcome. FIVE STARS.
Jeff S from Cregger has been doing preventative maintenance sewer line snaking once a year at our 1950’s home – this is the fifth year. Since we have been doing this, we have never had the need for an emergency call to deal with a back-up. Jeff is a gentleman – friendly and courteous. He works efficiently and cleans up when done. He very patiently explains what he is doing and answers all my questions. It is well worth having this done annually.
Cregger plumbing and heating is wonderful!! Very reasonably priced and professional. James came out and did and pretty large job. Replaced pipes under the kitchen sink, new toilet in the basement and new faucet and pipes for the bathtub. Excellent work. Very pleased!!
They came out initially promptly once deal was taken from Angie's list and provided cost estimate for the work. Upon providing a GO, they mentioned actual date of work will be scheduled by their office team.......but weeks passed by and even after me sending a reminder, nothing......if they aren't interested in servicing a customer better not show up the 1st time itself. I will NOT recommend this company.
I had a sump pump installed. The guys were very friendly and very good at their job. The were very pleasant to talk to and the were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very professional!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!
