I recently had a need to add a furnace mounted humidifier to our home. The quote I received was very competitive and the team at H & H installed it same day. Hunter the technician was courteous and friendly and clearly knew his job. He also did a good job of cleaning up after himself. Professional , Courteous and Competitive was the trifecta that earned them a 5 star rating from me.

Very positive experience last night our furnace quit around 10:00 pm called them and had a service rep named Hunter arrive around 11:00 found the problem quickly and fixed right then and there! A big shout out to " hunter" he deserves a raise will definitely call again if needed. Thank you we were warm last night 10 stars

I have had nothing but positive experiences with them, from the front desk who answer the phone and screen problems, to the technicians who came to repair my down furnace (Oct.-Jan. brrrr) all the way through management. They admitted an oversight in the repair and comped me the time for a return visit to correct, with sincere apologies. An honest business. Just what I was looking for. :-)

My furnace started making an awfull loud noise whenever it would click on. I called four different companies and this is the only one who would come the same day. Hunter showed up in the early afternoon. Explained the problem and gave me options to have it fixed same day or next day. (The part needed was not in) He drove to another GR to get the part and installed it all within a few hours. Next time I will know to call H&H first.

H&H offers NO WARRANTY on their workmanship. Installed a brand new mini-split for me. It broke down within 2 weeks. Charged me a couple hundred more for repair. Unit broke down within 2 weeks again... Cant keep paying you guys every couple of weeks to fix your own work. No help offered, no advice, nothing. Manager was combative and aggressive with me and forgot to utter the word "sorry" for the terrible experience and the fact that they cant seem to stand by their work. PS - they will stalker call you if you owe them ANY money. The $200 repair bill resulted in a call and voicemail from their office every other day... All that over $200 guys?? Geez... Spent around $2000 with H&H, never again.
