Great service, good communication

Had to call back two times for leaks did not use correct tape or putty on gas fitting and the fitting was cross threaded resulting in leaking propane. This error was caught by installers for our propane free standing fire place. We had paid for the work as soon as we got the bill only to be called wondering where their money was. No apologies for gas leak or wrongfully accusing us for not paying we were told their rate was 90$ per hr when we got the bill we were charged 40 per hr for the helper on top of the 90 the gas leak was serious I have video to prove it and picture of cross threads too,they do not care. The indifference to the gas leak is quite concerning! We do NOT recommend Gaggard Plumbing
