Avoid this company. They just charged me $135 to snake one drain to the wall (4 feet tops). The tech was one hour late and spent 21 minutes total in my home. I was told to put CLR in the toilet and that "might help." I have no resolution to my problem. When I called to book the appointment and ask for pricing, I was told they have "no set rates" and they would tell me when they got to my home. I called to complain about all this and was YELLED at by the owner who told me they do quotes prices before the appointment and he didn't BELIEVE me. I was given no cost estimate at all until I got the bill. The owner is belligerent and insists they did everything right. Well if that's how they do business - buyer beware!
