By far the worst in service.. They picked up our water heater from lows and brought it to our house. Was supposed to hook it up...and then the 5 mins the guy had to we at for me to move the dryer out of the way so we didn't git charged 100$ for him to move it...while I was doing that he leaves and heads back to the office with our hot water heater...and would not bring it back...now we are having to wait on them to return it to lows so we can git a full refund on it...it was just a huge mess A-1 could have prevented...never again will we ever consider this BS excuse of a company!!!!!

Terrible place. Installed a dishwasher, messed it up, wouldn't answer their phone afterwards. Do not use them.

My mother bought a gas stove from Lowe's,this was the contractor sent to install it....clearly he needs more training in natural gas appliance installation,just saying????
