I recently moved to Buchanan and want to recommend All Pro Services for plumbing repairs and drain cleaning services. What’s good about All Pro is that when they give you a price quote, they guarantee the work with no additional charges if anything is not right after the work is completed. While there is a modest fee for them to come out and assess the work, their quote is firm and they really know what they are doing. Hope this is helpful to someone.

I don't know where some of the reviews here say that they are too expensive, I just had my furnace replaced, with a more efficient unit, one day, removal of old unit, permit pulled, new unit delivered and installed and house was warm by bedtime. To top it off, I inspected the work and was floored by the level of detail that this team put into their work. The blew way past my expectations, I was more than willing to pay the price that they asked. With having the service performed the same day they have gained a new customer. for all the work that they did was well worth the price. You pay for quality, and these folks delivered!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! We literally just got done dealing with them and it was a nightmare!! Two guys came out on a Friday to do some new plumbing for our basement. We were at work but had them come in to do work anyways. Bill had been in contact with my husband all day via phone. At the end of the day he never called he just left. We got home And water was not turned on, Which we thought no big deal well turn it back on he just forgot. We then left For a couple hours and came back to the work they had done was leaking all over our basement. We called bill he would not answer we then called the shop itself and laughter message and the owner called us back. We explained to her what had happened and she blew it off and said that she would have somebody there and the morning not caring at all that we were going to go all night without water. She even hung up the phone on me and wouldnt answer when I called back. I tried to explain to her we had to go somewhere in the morning and she didnt seem to care Finally around 8:30 the next morning a guy showed up to fix The problem. He got it all done he said he pressure tested it and we were good to go. About 2 hours later we go downstairs M long and behold our basement has got water all Over again. So we called again and after about an hour Of calling, The owner finally answered and acted like it was no big deal and there I should not be mad and proceeded to hang up on me again. We waited about 2 hours and then we heard people in our basement. We went down there and bill And another guy were in our basement never once did they come to the door and tell us they were there they just walked in. My husband Asked Bill about Friday and he said he had no cell battery left to call us about turning the water back on and pressure testing it. He was yelling and very rude and had the smell of alcohol on his breath. He told us he or his partner both had dead cell phones and no way to charge them. We asked if he just planned on us going all weekend with no water and he got mad and yelled at us and said he was here to fix the problem not talk about the past. I could go on with more but do yourself a favor and find another company! They act professional and nice till they get half of your money, then they are the farthest thing from pro like in their name!!

We have used All Pro Services for many years and have had excellent results with them. When we first bought our house, there were lots of plumbing problems on the first floor, and then there were roots in our line going out to the city sewer system as well. Anytime a service tech came out, they quoted their estimate to do the job, and they stuck with it until the job was done right. We have never had to call them back after they fixed our pipes or cleared our drain line. The work is always done right and they don't rush through the work and make mistakes that costs us extra later. My wife especially likes the fact that when we call, the service techs always wear little booties that keeps our floors clean and they never hurt our walls or floor when working in our home. They are worth every penny and we highly recommend them!

They were just here today and wanted to charge us $460 to install a electric hot water heater for a 90 minute job! The plumber told us it was a 90 minute job. Let me make it clear that we already own the new hot water heater as well. Unfair high pricing and compared to other plumbers the hourly price is way too high! Scam w phone when I asked woman who was the operator for me to talk w plumber yesterday she wouldn’t let a plumber call me back. Unethical practices in regards to not letting me speak with a plumber before to get range with hourly rate etc. -don’t bother and waste your time as now we are out $49 service fee with no installation of our hot water heater !
