Always been prompt and usually professional, could do without the blarney(which seems to have increased in the past few years). Wish the invoicing was more transparent with parts and labor listed separately....and why isn't service call cost rolled into repair cost? All in all, no real complaints, everything has always been done 'right' and corrected if not.

Our hot water heater died on us and needed replaced. We called Fields and they said that they understood our dilemma and despite being booked solid, they would be out the next day. As promised they came over and changed out the unit. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and their professionalism. My wife was glad I wasn't going another day without a shower ;-).

I was at work when my wife called me to let me know that our air conditioner was not working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Fields and had anticipated it taking a few days to get us on the schedule to get it even looked at, but by the time I got home from work a tech had come out and it was all fixed. Thank you Fields for your quick courteous service. I highly recommended this local business!!!

We used Field to install a new AC unit. They deliver everything as promised. They were there when they said they would be and were done on time as promised. Great customer service from the very nice guy on the phone at the shop (I think his name was Tim) to the guys doing the installation. Very pleased!!

We had used Field Plumbing & Heating for some repairs on our weekend getaway home. Field Plumbing & Heating did an outstanding job and was very courteous and friendly. The knowledge and expertise shown was above and beyond. Our home is a bit older and they were really able to help us out. Field Plumbing & Heating has earned our trust and support and will definitely give them a call the next time work needs to be done. We would highly recommend them.
