Ken's Plumbing Co

Ken was very nice. He arrived on time. He actually called to come earlier but I wasn’t available. He was very reasonable and explained everything. He was able to fix the plumbing without using a new part, which in turn saved me money! Will be using him again.

Was having sump pump issues. Called Ken late in the afternoon and told him what the symptoms were. Ken said he’d grab a pump just in case and head over. It turns out the pump needed to be replaced. Ken was extremely friendly and understanding. He cleaned out the crock, replaced a check valve and the pump at a fair price. Considering this was so late in the day I was happy to even be seen let alone a repair being completed! Very satisfied with the whole experience. Will definitely call him again if need be!

Had a appointment with roto rooter for they put me off for 2 days called Ken and he showed up within 45 min fixed the problem. I would recommend him any time.

Extremely rude on the phone when I inquired about services. I kind asked about pricing in which he replied I don't give prices over the phone. Which would have been fine but he hung up without giving me other options. Clearly he did not want my business.
