We had an incredible experience with Den Ketelaar Plumbing. Our hot water heater decided to spray water in our mechanical room and ended up causing some flooding in our finished basement. Everyone we've interacted with at Den Ketelaar Plumbing has been extremely helpful, professional, highly responsive and quick to remedy the situation. I highly recommend this organization to anyone in need of their services.

Encountered one of the drivers on the road that thought it was funny to play games while in Company Vehicle. When I spoke with the owner regarding the situation I was laughed at and was told I was the reckless driver and that he already was told what happned by the driver. Basically what the driver was doing was creeping up slowly so that I couldn't view oncoming traffic to make a right hand turn. Him and his rider were laughing and wouldn't make eye contact with me. They proceeded to tell their boss that I cut them off. (I was turning right they were in the left turn only lane) owner was belittling, unprofessional and had zero listening skills. Great business managment skills I recommend them to no one.

Needed a backflow valve tested per city of GR, as well as a repair on that line. Den was able to come out the next day and take care of it. He and his assistant were running behind due to the previous appointment, but called to let me know. They completed the work as requested and were professional while they were here. Quoted price was less than an alternative quote, and was billed accurately. Would call again.
