After suffering through overpriced plumbers in Sarasota we took a chance on Phil's based on the strong google reviews. The customer service was great and we enjoyed our plumbing technician. The price was fantastic and we've already recommended them to our friends and family.

They recently came out to do some work for me. I explained on the phone exactly what I needed done and what tools they would need to do the job. I didn't have the tools which was exactly why I hired these guys. They arrived an hour and a half late to the job and didn't have any of the tools they needed. I had to go get one of my wrenches for them to use, I helped them do the job, and then they improvised to get the rest of the job done because they didn't bring what I told them they would need. They then sent me a bill which was about twice what it should have been because they charge for the driving time as well as a service call charge. These guys might be able to do the job but be ready to pay for it.

The employees are very courteous, very informative, and helpful. They showed me how my furnace works comprehensively, it was actually quite helpful for any maintenance I had to do by myself. I will trust them to replace the furnace completely when the time comes, they are great.

Phil's does pretty much everything for me. They've fixed my faucets, drain pipes, heat, air conditioning. You name it, they've done it. They're never anything less than professional and if they don't think I need something that I think I do, they'll tell me. It's nice that they don't try and sell me products and services that I don't need.

Phil's Plumbing & Heating did some work on my garage and basement not too long ago and I was very pleased. The service was timely and only took one day when I was expecting it to take much longer. I recommend him to my friends all the time and I would recommend him to you too!
