Vallis was hired to fix tub leak and leaky valve. Work was done in the home of a handicapped gentleman. He replaced some drain pipes, shower head and drain plug. Tub plug doesn't work, faucet leaks and tub still isn't 100% useable. Would not recommend

I have used this company twice. Both times, my issue happened on a Sunday, they called me right back and had someone here the next day. One of the times I called, the owner was on vacation, yet he still picked up his phone. Great customer service, honest, extremely nice and great work. Have already recommended to my friends and will continue.

Very good at they do very reasonable price's and work is done right the first time

Called on a Monday to schedule service. We scheduled Thursday estimated time between 3-6pm. He said we would be his last appointment . Made arrangements to get off work for the day. Waited until 630 to call I thought maybe the last job ran over. Called left message. Never got a call back and they never showed up. We have three children in our home and needed our plumbing fixed. I do not recommend this company to anyone!! A simple phone call would have been nice. I could have been looking for a reliable plumber instead of waiting on someone who is a no call no show!! The only reason why I went to call this one was the great reviews. I’m not Normally a person to post reviews but I wouldn’t want another family to go through the same thing we went through.
