We had a pipe burst during the polar vortex. A crew was able to get to our house and replace the pipe in less than two hours, even on one of their busiest days. The plumbers were friendly and efficient and even apologetic that the emergency price was on the high end.

Came out within scheduled time, walked into house with dirty shoes. for my clogged sink, could not unclog it with their little unit. We were referred by store owners to call Michigan Power Rodding so we did, they do not come out to Wayne county and referred us to Levine & son who game out put on shoe covers over their shoes which Ace did not. L&S wheeled in a bigger unit that unclogged the sink quickly. Ace was $138, L&S was $99.

We fell victim to the polar vortex and burst a valve in our upstairs bathroom. AJ came through like a champ -- professional, competent, and timely.

I had a split elbow pipe from a shower drain that had been leaking for some time. Then another pipe in the same area burst and the water was coming down from the ceiling. One call and they were here, on time, polite and ready to work. Plaster for the ceilings was a dirty job sawing access to the pipes for repair but the guys never complained about all that junk that fell on them. Nor dealing with 50 year old pipes and junctions that didn't want to loosen up. They helped with the clean up and were out the door in less than 2 hours. Mike and Brian were a great team and an asset to the business. I will call them again! Thanks!

A friend recommended this company to me a couple months ago to do some plumbing in my home. The plumber they sent was very courteous and professional about things. Also I have had any problems since.
