I got an estimate from Charles, the owner of AffordablePlumbing at the end of July to do the plumbing on a remodeling job I was planning for my master bathroom. I wanted the toilet moved, a shower put in to replace a fiberglass tub/shower combo, and two sink faucets installed. His estimate was in the $1,000 range. He worked on the project when he found time, evenings and weekends, and did other jobs he took after he took mine first. It wasn't until October 16th that he finished doing what he needed to do, so that the tile person could do his work, but by that time the tile person had accepted two other jobs. The total for the work was greater than $1,000, and the the toilet had not been moved, or the faucets installed. I don't think he planned on doing the other two items for free. So, beware of his estimates, and get a date for the work to be started and completed in writing. Post Script I had no problem with the bid from the tile guy. the tile guy had to wait for Charles to finish his work first, before he could do his work. Jason, the tile guy, became ill so I had to find someone else. Charles, and his daughter came on weekends because it was convenient for him. He did not put in the shower element I wanted because he said it would hit me in the wrong place. No one complained in the reviews on Costco about such a problem. I changed my plans after Charles show me where he would have to move the toilet to. This was not mention until the tub was taken out( by me to save $1,000) because of the layout of the floor. Once he told me this, and I realized it would reduce my shower greatly, I did change the plans. The door to the bathroom was removed by Charles for his convenience, and none of the other workers felt it was their job to reinstall the door. I at the age of 75, tried to install it, but am having problems with it. Charles offered to come back. but I felt uncomfortable having him perform work. I am glad others find his work acceptable.

These guys are the best. Quick, affordable, efficient & friendly. Accommodated my time frame & so very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who needs reliable plumber.
